During September of last year, I was very fortunate to get the last space available on the Secret Retreat workshop situated on the gorgeous Amalfi Coast. The retreat is run by the very talented Andrea Ellison, Claire Penn and Lucy Woodrow, who offer their wealth of experience and expertise within the wedding photography industry.

I spent three fantastic days surrounded by a group of highly talented photographers from all over the country, in the stunning location of Santa Maria Di Castellabate, learning all sorts of invaluable photography knowledge and making lifelong friendships along the way.

One of my highlights was spent on a styled shoot at Villa Ill Casino Di Mare. This stunning 18th century home, immersed in the Cliento countryside, is surrounded by olive trees, lemon groves and rustic stonework, and of course, combined with the Italian sunshine, provided the perfect backdrop for our shoot.
